Weekly reflective questions

Writer: Maxim Imanou FadeevMaxim Imanou Fadeev

My weekly reflective protocol is probably a little excessive and consists of four parts:

  •  Weekly Questions

  •  Future Self / IFS Conversation

  •  Roundtable

  •  Prioritizing and planning.

I already shared a simplified concept of the Roundtable, and today, I want to share the weekly reflective questions I ask myself every Friday.

These help me compartmentalize, offload intrusive thoughts, learn from my experience, and refocus on what is most important.

Here they are:

1. What am I grateful for this week?

2. What important happened?

3. Why was it important?

4. What lessons should be learned?

5. What possibilities are opening?

6. Three Action Questions:

  •  What can I do?

  •  What should I do?

  •  What should I stop doing?

Let me know if you use weekly reflection practices and what questions work best for you!
