Stage 4: Reflection

It is time to reflect on the results and make a decision about what to do next.

Look at your project sheet. Is there anything that comes to mind? Write down insights from this process. Any realizations about your priorities? Any shifts in how you see your projects?

What projects should you kill (discard entirely)?

For postponed projects, how long will you wait or under what conditions will you revisit them?

Which projects are your top priority? Why?

Do you have enough resources to work on them? If not, how are you going to fund them?

What would success for these projects look like?

What are the main risks for these projects, and how would you handle those risks if they occur?

Are you doing this project alone, or do you need collaborators, stakeholders, or hired professionals? Specify who and why.

Are your skills sufficient for the success of this project? If not, what skills do you need to acquire, or where can you find them?

When will you work on the projects? Is it a timeline-based or repeated process? Try to schedule or block off time in your calendar.

What is the next small step toward success? If possible, take that step right now.
